Brookfield High School Grad Party

In March of 1986,  three moms, Georgia Silkos, Jana O’Connor and Nina Zschunke wanted to find a fun way for all the graduates of the high school to come together one last time in a safe environment. With such little time before graduation they were afraid they couldn't pull it off but with a team of creative and dedicated Brookfield parents the first BHS Grad Party was born. The theme was a cruise ship and and they gave the students an amazing adventure that included prime rib from Chuck’s steak house and trips to Disney World!

 

Since then, over 6,000 graduates have attended this event, keeping them safe for 37 years!  Now it’s an epic event that students look forward to and over 90% of the class attends.
